Etrust antivirus locking up SBS2003

It seems to be the combination of Eudora and eTrust EZAntivirus 6.2 or 6.3. Turn off the real-time email scanning of the antivirus program and the problem goes away. Hmmm! ZoneAlarm Security Suite uses eTrust Antivirus in their system. Now all I need to do is figure out how to turn off real-time email scanning.

The person that setup the vscan forgot to turn on the email portion. As far as what error there isn't one. The mail wants to send and then after it times They are running eTrust antivirus. They ran the eTrust cleaner from Computer Associates and cleaned the server. Now they can recieve mail but can not send.
