etrust antivirus not turn on

eTrust antivirus will not turn on

Has anyone else had a problem getting their antivirus to turn on? When I try to turn it on I get the screen asking if I trust this program. I say yes and it still does not activate the program. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Lrod

I had the same problem... I downloaded the other AV-software..

Are you using the Vista version of eTrust AV? It's free and works for a year.

Interestingly enough, Microsoft has removed eTrust from it's list of suggested AV programs for Vista. I think it's because there seem to be some issues with it.

That's odd - eTrust is standard on the Microsoft internal network. Maybe there is some temporary issue with it.
